2025 GAA Hall of Fame Nominations

The GAA Hall of Fame recognizes individuals from the multifamily housing industry for their long term history of exemplary service and accomplishments benefiting the Georgia Apartment Association and the industry. 

Eligibility:

  • Member in Good Standing with Local Georgia Affiliate 
  • Owners/Managers/Onsite Team Members
  • Associates 
  • 10+ years in the multifamily housing industry
  • 10+ years established membership with a local Georgia affiliate

Should a nominee be chosen, the recipient will receive complimentary registration to the GAA Annual Meeting in Savannah, September 3-5, including hotel stay at the Hyatt Regency Savannah. The recipient will be presented with their award on Thursday, September 4, during the morning session.

If you would like to nominate a GAA member who qualifies for this award, please complete the nomination form below which asks for a summary outlining the contributions this member has made to the industry and to GAA that would warrant their consideration.
