  • $3 per unit fee
  • $10 processing fee 
  • Renews annually on January 1 
Small Communities Subscription Package (1-49 units) 
  • $100 Access Fee (1-20 units)
  • $5 per additional unit (21-49 units)
  • $10 processing fee 
  • Renews annually on January 1
