Apartment communities located in areas of Georgia not covered by one of the affiliated associations. Membership is a flat fee of $125 if 100 units or less and $125 plus $1 a unit for units 101+. There is a $50 application fee for new members. Your GAA membership includes membership with the National Apartment Association.
